We don’t host private events but are open to private sessions at our events. If you have a group of people who want an exclusive/low car count session we can try our best to accommodate. Just be sure to plan further ahead than your typical track day.
This is a high performance driving event, not a race. Meaning “racing” is not allowed and you must adhere to the specific etiquette for track days.
Pre-grid: 5-10 minutes before your run group will go onto track, there will be a 2 lane section in the hot pit (refer to staff or map for location). Left side for faster drivers in the group and right for slower drivers. You may line up in the grid before your run group.
We will send all required forms, they must be returned signed to access the track. We will have a limited quantity of forms for those who might have forgotten. Do not rely on this and come prepared.
When someone is passing, maintain your line and let them make the pass. Do not be unpredictable and move. Maintain your current line.
There is no assigned parking in the paddock. Garages will not be assigned either. If purchased a garage spot, orientation is first come first serve.
The cafe will be open and some events will have a food truck. You’re welcome to bring any additional food or beverages.
The short answer is no. While adding performance parts can help, they are not necessary for your first time. As long as your car meets our requirements, you’re welcome to enjoy our events. This also applies to drivers who aren’t familiar with performance driving. Any skill level is appropriate for our beginner sessions.
Our events are not races and we have safety protocols to minimize risk for safe events. Track marshals who see drivers putting others at risk will be removed from the track. Accidents happen but we do everything in our power to make sure our events run smoothly.
Drivers are fully responsible for any cost related to damages, cleanup to their car, track or faculty. Any delay of the schedule beyond 5 minutes related to such accidents will result in additional charges at our discretion.
You are fully responsible for insurance of your vehicle. It is not required but recommended. If you choose to get insurance make sure it is track specific.
Beginners are not allowed to have anyone in the car besides the provided instructors. Intermediate and advanced drivers can have passengers, check with the staff for additional fee/waivers prior to taking passengers on track.
If you buy a ticket and choose to cancel you will get a refund minus the non-refundable processing fee. Due to our financial obligation to the track, we cannot give full refunds. 15-30 days prior to the event=50% refund. Anything 14 days before we cannot give a refund, your only recourse would be to transfer your spot to another drive at a $25 fee.
Yes, we charge a $25 dollar transfer fee.
There will be a small late fee of $20 due to a staff member needing to give you a personal drivers meeting.
